Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (Wildcat) (TSX VENTURE:WEL) reported that the company has resolved the action and all counterclaims in the Prizant v. Wildcat Exploration Ltd. et al matter in which a former executive of Wildcat had made claims for defamation and wrongful dismissal in the approximate amount of $13 million.
