Report of delays in lead shipment from Australia saw lead futures rising up to 3 percent.

Ivernia Inc ^[1] (IVW.TO: Quote ^[2], Profile ^[3], Research ^[4]) does not expect approval to restart its idle Magellan lead mine in Australia until September and will take several months from then to be fully operational.

Benchmark lead for August delivery MLDQ8 on the MCX was up 2.74 percent at 75.05 rupees per kg.
