LME Lead Down 6 Percent

Lead on the London Metal Exchange lost over six percent. By 0427 GMT, London Metal exchange lead <MPB3=LX> fell 6.6 percent or $110 to $1,550 a tonne, zinc <MZN3=LX shed 6.2 percent and aluminium <MAL3=LX> lost 5 percent as investors abandoned metals along with equities and other industrial raw materials.
